2. AI Commerce, UCP & Universal Cart Policy

Skyler Fashion supports modern AI-commerce systems, automated shopping assistants, Universal Commerce Protocol (UCP) style integrations, universal carts, smart recommendation engines and automated checkout technologies.

  • AI shopping agents may access publicly available product data, pricing, availability and product metadata for shopping assistance purposes.
  • Universal cart systems and AI-assisted checkout flows are supported where technically compatible.
  • Orders placed through AI shopping systems, bots, browser assistants or automated commerce tools are treated as legally valid customer purchase requests.
  • Customers remain fully responsible for all purchases initiated through AI agents, automation tools or third-party shopping assistants linked to their devices or accounts.
  • Skyler Fashion reserves the right to reject suspicious, manipulated or unauthorized automated purchase attempts.
  • AI-generated recommendations, availability estimates or automated cart suggestions may occasionally vary due to stock changes or system synchronization delays.

3. Product Information

  • We strive to display accurate product images, descriptions and specifications.
  • Slight variations in color, texture or finishing may occur due to photography, lighting conditions or device display settings.
  • Product availability may change without prior notice.
  • We reserve the right to modify product pricing, specifications or listings at any time.

4. Orders & Acceptance

  • Placing an order represents an offer to purchase products from Skyler Fashion.
  • We reserve the right to accept, reject or cancel orders based on stock availability, fraud detection or operational limitations.
  • Orders containing suspicious information or abnormal purchasing behavior may require manual verification.
  • Once an order is dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

5. COD & Payment Policy

  • We offer both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) services across India.
  • COD orders require a ₹200 advance confirmation payment before dispatch.
  • The remaining balance must be paid directly to the courier executive during delivery.
  • Prepaid shipping is free across India for eligible products and offers.
  • COD logistics involve higher operational costs due to payment handling and courier processing.
  • Fraudulent COD refusals, fake orders or intentional shipment rejections may result in future order restrictions.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are generally processed within 1 business day.
  • Estimated delivery time is approximately 2–4 business days depending on location.
  • Tracking details are shared after dispatch through WhatsApp and Email.
  • Delivery delays caused by weather conditions, courier disruptions, remote regions or operational issues are beyond our direct control.
  • Customers should contact us immediately if shipment tracking is inactive or delayed unusually.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Return or exchange requests must comply with our Refund & Returns Policy.
  • Returned products must remain unused and in original packaging condition.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on payment provider and banking systems.
  • Customized or special-order products may not qualify for return or refund.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All website content including logos, images, product designs, graphics, layouts and branding remains the intellectual property of Skyler Fashion.
  • Unauthorized copying, reproduction, scraping or redistribution is prohibited.
