1. Order Processing & Quality Inspection

• Handling Time: 1 Business Day
• Orders placed before 2 PM are generally dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed after 2 PM are processed on the next working day.
• Tracking details are shared after dispatch through Email and WhatsApp.
• Customers can track live shipment status directly from courier websites.
• All parcels are packed carefully using premium protective packaging materials.
• Every product goes through proper quality inspection before dispatch.
• Our team checks product finishing, stitching, branding, accessories and packaging before shipment.
• Products are verified carefully to reduce chances of damage, wrong item dispatch or missing accessories.
• We aim to ensure customers receive the correct product in the best possible condition.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time

• Air Transit Delivery: 2–3 Business Days
• Total Estimated Delivery Time: 3–4 Business Days
• Remote and village areas may require additional delivery time.
• Weather conditions, courier delays or regional restrictions may affect delivery timelines.
• If your parcel is delayed beyond the expected timeline, kindly inform us immediately through Email or WhatsApp support.

3. Prepaid Shipping Policy

• Shipping is FREE for prepaid orders across India.
• Prepaid orders are generally processed faster than COD orders.
• Prepaid orders help avoid courier payment handling delays.
• Customers receive faster dispatch priority on prepaid transactions.

4. Cash On Delivery (COD) Policy

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service across India. However, for COD orders, customers are required to pay ₹200 in advance as a booking and confirmation amount.

Example: If a bag costs ₹500, then the total payable amount becomes ₹700:

• ₹200 Advance Payment (during order confirmation)
• ₹500 Payable at the time of delivery

This advance amount helps us process only genuine and confirmed orders, ensuring faster dispatch and secure logistics handling.

5. Why COD Shipping Costs Are Higher

COD shipping charges are higher than standard prepaid delivery because the Cash on Delivery process involves additional courier operations, payment handling and manpower requirements.

• In COD orders, customers pay the courier executive directly at delivery.
• The courier company then transfers the collected amount to their regional office and processing department.
• After multiple internal processing steps, the final payment is transferred to our business account.
• Courier companies often require additional staff and operational handling for COD shipments.
• Due to these extra logistics and payment management costs, COD shipping is more expensive than prepaid shipping.
• COD parcels also involve higher risk of fake bookings, delivery refusals and return shipping expenses.

Therefore, we charge an additional ₹200 advance booking amount for all COD orders.

6. COD Return & Cancellation Policy

If a COD parcel is cancelled, rejected or refused by the customer after dispatch, the shipment gets returned to us and we have to bear courier charges for both forward and return shipping.

To reduce fake orders, unnecessary cancellations and logistics losses, we collect a small advance payment before dispatching COD orders.

This practice is commonly followed by most first copy luxury sellers and online fashion stores across India.

7. Tracking & Customer Support

• Tracking ID is shared after parcel dispatch through WhatsApp and Email.
• Customers can track live parcel status directly on courier websites.
• If tracking is not updated for a long time, kindly contact our support team immediately.
• If parcel is not received within the estimated delivery period, kindly inform us ASAP for investigation support.
